What is CVXCA?
CVXCA (Core Values California) is an athlete-led brand creating premium swim and aquatic gear: including performance swimwear, apparel, and custom team spirit wear all made on demand in California using high-quality, long-lasting materials.

What does “made on demand” mean?
Every item, retail or custom is produced after an order is placed. This approach reduces waste, allows broader size availability, and ensures quality craftsmanship for every piece. The timeline is 3-4 weeks till delivery once ordered. 


Products & Offerings

What products can I buy directly?
You can purchase swimwear (jammers, briefs, one-pieces, racerbacks), accessories (towels, ponchos, hats, bags), and apparel through our online store, including limited Series and seasonal collections. Product Style Guide

Do you sell special event or partnership gear?
Yes. Exclusive products tied to events, artists, and partner organizations are available through our Series or Partnerships collections. If you’re interested in working with us, please reach out.

What products does CVXCA offer for teams and organizations?
We offer custom swimwear, water polo suits, water polo game caps, team apparel, parkas, swim caps, and much more. Fill out our "Custom Team Gear Inquiry" form so that a sales representative can reach out. 


Custom & Team Orders

What custom services do you offer?
CVXCA creates custom team suits and gear made specifically for your team, with dedicated design support and skilled domestic manufacturing.

How do I start a custom team order?
Submit the Custom Team Gear form on our website. A CVXCA Sales Representative will contact you to walk through design, pricing, and timelines.

Is there a minimum order quantity for custom gear?
No, at this time we do not have minimum order quantities, except for a few items. This way we can work with teams to ensure a great experience that works for your team. A sales representative can let you know the products that do require a minimum purchase.

Can we reorder the same design later?
Yes. Once your design is finalized and approved, reorders are simple and do not require redesign.

What’s the difference between an Online Team Store and a Bulk Order?
An Online Team Store lets athletes, parents, or supporters purchase items individually through your team’s store and ship to their preferred address (each person checks out separately).

A Bulk Order combines all items into one invoice and one payment, and the full order ships to one address (typically the coach, school, or team rep).

Can the Water Polo cap ties/bindings on custom orders come in a pattern or print?
Yes, cap ties/bindings can be customized with a pattern or print.

Can the drawstring on custom suits come in a pattern, print, or a color other than black?
At this time, we only produce solid black drawstrings for custom suits.

Can the thread on custom suits and Water Polo caps be a color of our choice?
Yes, thread color can be customized to match your team colors.


Design & Customization

Do you help with design, or do we provide our own?
Both. You may submit existing artwork or collaborate with our design team to create a custom look for your organization.

Can we use our school or organization logo?
Yes. You must have permission to use the logo. If we’ve worked with your organization before, we may already have it on file. If you need us to create a logo, we can do so for a flat-rate design fee.

How many design revisions are included?
Three design revisions are included at no charge. Additional revisions are available for a flat-rate fee. All artwork requires final approval before ordering and production begins.


Pricing & Payment

How is pricing determined for custom orders?
Pricing is based on product type, quantity, level of customization, and production method. Your specific sales representative will be able to assist with a price sheet. 

When is payment required?
Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

What if our school or organization wants to pay for our team order?
This happens often and we welcome it. Your school/organization can pay by credit card or purchase order (PO) (for approved organizations).

Do you accept purchase orders (POs)?
Yes, POs are accepted for approved schools and organizations.

If paying by PO, here’s the process:

  1. You submit your order details (styles, sizes, quantities, shipping info).
  2. We create and send an Official Quote.
  3. You submit the quote to your school/organization so they can issue a PO.
  4. You (or your organization) email us the PO.
  5. Once we receive the PO, we place the order into production.
  6. When your order ships, we send a Final Invoice for your records/payment processing.
  7. Your school/organization sends payment (typically check) based on their internal process.

Production & Timelines

What is the typical production timeline?
Production timelines vary by product. Most custom orders take 3-4 weeks from payment received to delivery.

What can delay an order?
Delays most commonly occur due to late approvals, missing artwork, or incomplete sizing confirmations.

Can you rush an order?
Rush orders may be available for a flat-rate fee of $100. Rush timelines depend on product type and quantity. Availability should be discussed with your Sales Representative at the start of the ordering process.


Sizing & Fit

How do we ensure proper sizing for our team?
We provide detailed size charts and recommendations. Sample sizing fit kits are available for certain products and can be requested through your sales representative.

Are custom items returnable or exchangeable?
Custom items are made to order and are not returnable or exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

What is the inside lining material on the suits?
The inside lining on our suits is made from 100% PBT, chosen for its durability, chlorine resistance, and long-lasting performance in the water.


Team Stores & Individual Orders

Can individual athletes order through a team store?
Yes. We can create a team store that allows athletes to order directly.

How long are team stores open?
Team store windows are set by the team or organization.

Can parents or supporters order gear?
Yes, if the team chooses to open the store to supporters.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States and internationally. Please note international orders may be required to pay duties and taxes prior to delivery. 

Do all items ship together?
Not always. Depending on the order, items may ship separately.

Where are your products made?
Our products are made on demand in California, designed with performance, durability, and ethical manufacturing in mind.

What if there’s an issue with our order?
Contact our team as soon as possible and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
