The CVXCA Custom Process
Our process is designed to be simple, collaborative, and efficient- so your team gets exactly what it needs, on time.
Step 1 — Start with the Custom Form
Fill out our Custom Team Gear Form to tell us about your team, timeline, and what you’re looking to create.
This helps us understand your needs before we ever put pen to paper.
Step 2 — Meet Your Dedicated Sales Representative
Once your form is submitted, you’ll be connected with a dedicated CVXCA Sales Representative who will guide your project from start to finish.
Together, you’ll:
- Review product options best suited for your team
- Talk through quantities, pricing, and timelines
- Answer any questions upfront so there are no surprises later
Step 3 — Share Logos & Design Inspiration
Send us your logos, colors, and any design ideas or inspiration you have- even if it’s just a starting point.
Our in-house designers specialize in custom aquatic gear and will translate your vision into designs that look great in and out of the water.
Step 4 — Review Design Mockups
You’ll receive professional design mockups for review.
✔️ Three rounds of revisions are included at no additional cost, ensuring your team is completely confident before moving forward.
Step 5 — Choose How Your Team Orders
Once designs are approved, you can choose the ordering method that works best for your program:
- Team Store — Individual athletes order and pay directly
- Bulk Order — Paid via credit card or purchase order (PO)
Your Sales Representative will help you select the best option for your team.
Step 6 — Made in California
After final approval, your gear is produced in our California-based factory using premium performance fabrics and skilled craftsmanship.
