How long does custom production take?
Custom items are made to order and typically take 2-4 weeks to produce. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't entered production yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@cvxca.com.
How do I initiate a return?
Please email hello@cvxca.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label.
My tracking isn't updating. What should I do?
Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after shipment. If it hasn't updated after 3 days, please contact us.
