We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and exchanges work at CVXCA.
Retail (Inline) Orders
Return/Exchange Eligibility
You may return or exchange unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 14 days of the delivery date. We can also assist with items that arrive defective.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
International Retail Orders
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email hello@cvxca.com and include:
- Your #CV- order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
- (If applicable) a brief description of the issue and photos for defective items
Custom Team / Event Orders
Because custom team and event items are made specifically for your organization, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of manufacturing errors.
Manufacturing Errors / Incorrect Items
If you notice an issue (such as a manufacturing defect or incorrect item/quantity), please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.
How to Report an Issue
Email hello@cvxca.com and include:
- Your #CV- order number
- Photos showing the issue
- A short description of what’s wrong (and which item(s) it affects)
