We stand behind everything we make. Here’s how returns and exchanges work.
Retail Orders. Retail items come with a 14-day return on anything unworn and unwashed, for a refund or exchange.
Custom & Team Orders. Custom and team orders are made to order, so they aren’t stocked for open return. They’re covered the same way everything is: if there’s a defect, or we made a mistake on your order, we remake or replace it at no cost. If the size or fit isn’t right, reach out and we’ll work with you to sort it, whether that’s an exchange, an adjustment, or a remake. We’d rather get you into gear that fits than point you at a policy.
International Orders. At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
How to Start. Email hello@cvxca.com with your #CV- order number and a brief description of the issue (and photos for defective items). We’ll take it from there.
