At CVXCA (Core Values California), nearly every item on cvxca.com is made to order, specifically for you. That means most products do not physically exist until we make them, one by one, using highly skilled sewers and production staff here in California.
This made-to-order approach allows us to deliver high-quality, custom aquatic gear while minimizing waste. To learn more about our methods and sustainability efforts, visit our About Us page.
Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order is produced and shipped.
Order Processing & Production
All CVXCA products are made to order.
- Retail (inline) products: Production begins after your order is placed.
- Custom team orders: Production begins after final artwork approval and payment are received.
Because each item is produced specifically for you, processing and production times may vary by product and season.
Production Timelines
Manufacturing typically takes:
3–4 weeks (sometimes less, sometimes more depending on the time of year)
Custom team orders may take additional time depending on product type, quantity, and complexity. Your CVXCA Sales Representative will provide estimated timelines during the ordering process.
Important: Your selected shipping method does not affect the production schedule. Shipping speed only impacts how long it takes for your order to reach you after it leaves our factory.
Order & Shipping Confirmation Emails
You will receive:
- Order Confirmation once your order has been processed
- Shipping Confirmation with tracking information when your order leaves our factory
If you do not see these emails, please check your spam or junk folder.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
United States
For orders shipping within the U.S., we offer multiple shipping options from:
- UPS®
- USPS
International
For orders shipping outside the U.S., we offer:
- USPS First Class Package International
- UPS Worldwide Saver®
- UPS Worldwide Express®
International customers may be responsible for import duties, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country.
Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout when available.
Shipping Days
Orders ship Monday through Friday.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Split Shipments
Orders may ship in multiple packages if:
- Items are produced at different times, or
- Custom and retail items are included in the same order
You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Rush Orders
Rush production may be available for select custom orders for a flat $100 rush fee.
- Rush availability depends on product type and quantity
- Rush timelines must be confirmed with your CVXCA Sales Representative before production begins
Shipping Delays
We are committed to getting your order out the door and on its way to you as quickly as possible- we want you to have your stuff.
Once an order leaves our factory and is in the carrier’s possession, CVXCA cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, service interruptions, or conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Peak seasonal demand
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
CVXCA is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:
- Contact us as soon as possible
- Include your order number and photos (if applicable)
We’ll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
