Here are the major changes we’ve made that are already helping programs.
1) No minimums on most items
Teams change. Rosters fluctuate. Budgets shift. We built our process around that reality.
We’ve removed minimums on most items so you can order what you need, without forcing families or your booster group to “round up” to hit a number.
Exceptions:
- Water polo game caps
- Swim caps
- Certain spirit wear items
If you’re unsure whether a specific item has a minimum, ask us! We’ll tell you upfront and recommend the best path.
2) Year-round “forever” team stores
One of the biggest operational improvements we’ve made is supporting team stores that can stay open continuously.
That means:
- New athletes can order when they join
- Families don’t have to hit a one-week window
- Reorders don’t require restarting the entire process
- Your team can add seasonal items or new designs as needed
- Want to add cold-weather gear mid-season? Add a new suit design next year? Drop a limited towel for playoffs? We can update the store with new designs and items as requested—without rebuilding from scratch.
3) Free design support and artwork revisions
Design shouldn’t be a bottleneck. It should be the fun part.
We provide three free design support to bring your ideas to life, and we include artwork revisions so you can get to a final design you’re proud of, without feeling like every tweak comes with friction.
Whether you have clean vector files ready to go or a rough idea, we’ll help you get to a professional end result that looks right on the actual product.
4) Made-to-order production in California
We’re built for programs that care about consistent quality and fit.
CVXCA gear is made-to-order in California, which helps us keep:
- Reliable construction standards
- Consistent sizing and fit
- Repeatable results across reorders
When a coach says, “We want it to match what we ordered last season,” that’s not a hope-it’s the standard. We produce in 3-4 weeks.
5) Flexible ordering: Team store or bulk order
Different programs need different ordering styles. We’ve made it easy to choose what works best for you.
Option A: Team Store
Best when families purchase individually and you want:

Option B: Bulk Order
Best when the program or school purchases gear directly and you want:
- One consolidated order
- One invoice
- Streamlined delivery planning
