The CVXCA Custom Process

We’ve designed our custom process to be simple, collaborative, and efficient, so teams know exactly what to expect and get gear they’re proud to wear.

Step 1 — Start with the Custom Form

Every project begins with our Custom Team Gear Form. This gives us a clear understanding of your team, timeline, and the type of gear you’re looking to create.

The more detail you share up front, the smoother the process becomes once design begins.

Step 2 — Meet Your Dedicated Sales Representative

After submitting your form, you’ll be connected with a dedicated CVXCA Sales Representative who will guide your project from start to finish.

Together, you’ll:

• Review product options best suited for your team
• Talk through quantities, pricing, and timelines
• Address questions early, so there are no surprises later

Our goal is to make the process feel supported and straightforward from day one.

Step 3 — Share Logos & Design Inspiration

Next, you’ll send us your logos, brand colors, and any design ideas or inspiration you have even if it’s just a starting point.

Our in-house designers specialize in custom aquatic gear and know how to translate your vision into designs that perform and look great both in and out of the water.

Step 4 — Review Design Mockups

You’ll receive professional design mockups to review and refine.

✔️ Three rounds of revisions are included at no additional cost, giving you the time and flexibility to dial in every detail before moving forward.

We don’t rush this step, because getting it right matters.

Step 5 — Choose How Your Team Orders

Once designs are approved, you can select the ordering method that works best for your program:

• Team Store — Individual athletes order and pay directly
• Bulk Order — Paid via credit card or purchase order (PO)

Your Sales Representative will help you choose the option that best fits your team’s structure and timeline.

Step 6 — Made in California

After final approval, your gear moves into production at our California-based factory, using premium performance fabrics and skilled craftsmanship.
